Ritz McCain earned her B.A. in Communication as a student-athlete at The University of Arizona and her M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Georgia State University.  She pursued a career in the athletic/health field as a Graduate Assistant for the GSU Recreation Center and later as a personal trainer with a slew of clients before she decided to make an industry switch.  Ritz worked different roles in the Operations department and later did A&R and Publishing for Reach Records, a Grammy Award-winning and Billboard-charting independent music label. After several years of playing a vital role in the growing success of that label she is now the Director, Global Streaming for Capitol CMG. In this role, she is tasked with managing digital music accounts such as Spotify and Amazon Music and helping the company in their efforts in international territories.
